Lug valves have threaded inserts (lugs) that allow for dead-end service – you can remove the downstream flange without depressurizing the system. Wafer valves require full flange support on both sides. For isolation and maintenance, lug style is preferred in American piping systems.
Yes, but we recommend using a high-performance seat (PTFE or RTFE) and a gear operator. Standard resilient-seated lug valves are designed mainly for on/off service. Our technical team can help select the right trim for modulation at up to 90° rotation.
We provide ISO 9001, CE/PED, and can supply material certificates in accordance with EN 10204 3.1. For API 609 compliance, we arrange third-party inspection (e.g., SGS, BV) at your cost. We also accommodate NACE MR0175 for sour gas service.

Every valve undergoes 100% hydrostatic and seat leakage test (ISO 5208 Rate A). We also perform random torque testing and coating thickness checks. You will receive photographic and video evidence before shipment. Third-party inspection is welcomed.
We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C at sight, and for established accounts, 30% deposit / 70% against BL copy. We also accept PayPal for small orders. Contact our finance team for flexible terms on large contracts.
