Eliminate downstream maintenance shutdowns. Our full lug butterfly valves are engineered for US industrial pipelines, HVAC systems, and fire protection — allowing upstream isolation without downstream disassembly. Rated up to 600 PSI, certified with CE & API 609, and backed by same-day technical quoting.
Trusted by engineers at 40+ industrial facilities across USA, Saudi Arabia & Europe
In critical isolation applications — fire mains, chemical transfer, or wastewater treatment — a standard wafer butterfly valve simply cannot deliver the safety margin you need. Without threaded lug inserts, your pipeline becomes a liability. Here are the four most costly mistakes we see buyers make when sourcing butterfly valves for dead-end service:
⏱ The reality: 1 in 4 engineers report at least one valve-related line shutdown per year. A full lug type butterfly valve from a certified supplier eliminates these risks at a fraction of the replacement cost.
Our full lug type butterfly valve (Series FL-150/300) is designed specifically for applications where downstream flanges must be removed without depressurizing the entire system. Each valve is CNC-machined, hydro-tested, and serial-number traced from cast to crate.

Independent threaded inserts allow full dead-end service at rated pressure. Replace downstream equipment without system depressurization.
Every valve is shell-tested at 1.5x rated pressure and seat-tested per API 598. Report included with each shipment.
Choose from EPDM (water/steam), NBR (oil/fuel), PTFE (chemical), or Viton® (high-temp chemical). Custom seat compounds available.
Custom stem lengths, gear operators, lockable handles, and actuator mounting (ISO 5211). Samples shipped in 7–12 days.

"We replaced 32 wafer valves with Thriveon full lug type butterfly valves on our chemical transfer lines. Zero leak events in 14 months. The MTRs and pressure test reports were complete — our auditor was impressed."
"The full lug design allowed us to isolate pump stations without draining the main. Saved an estimated 240 man-hours per shutdown. Lead time was 18 days — 12 days faster than our previous supplier."
"We specified Thriveon full lug valves for a pharmaceutical expansion. All 48 units passed third-party inspection. Pricing was 22% below our EU supplier, and shipping from China took just 21 days FOB Tianjin."
All valves are manufactured in our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Hebei, China. Material traceability from foundry to final assembly. Full MTRs (Mill Test Reports) shipped with every order. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) accepted with advance notice.
A full lug type butterfly valve has threaded inserts (lugs) that allow bolts to be installed from either side independently. This enables dead-end service — you can remove downstream piping without disturbing the valve body. A wafer valve sits between flanges and cannot hold line pressure on one side. For isolation applications, full lug is the correct engineering choice.
Standard sizes (2"–12", ductile iron, EPDM seat) ship in 7–15 working days from order confirmation. Larger sizes (14"–24") or special materials (SS316, duplex, PTFE seat) require 20–30 days. We stock raw castings for the 10 most popular sizes to accelerate delivery. Ex-works (FOB Tianjin) or CIF to US ports available.

Yes. We offer full OEM service: your logo cast on the body, custom paint color, special stem length, and actuator mounting (ISO 5211 pad). Minimum quantity for OEM is 50 pcs per size. Contact us with your specification sheet and we will provide a design drawing within 48 hours.
We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy), L/C at sight, and for qualified buyers — net 60 terms after 3 transactions. Shipping: FOB Tianjin, CIF to any US port (Los Angeles, Houston, New York), or DDP for experienced logistics partners. We provide real-time freight quotes within 1 business day.
Yes. For first-time buyers, we offer 1 free sample (2"–6") with the buyer covering shipping. If your order quantity exceeds 100 pcs after qualification, we will refund the sample cost. Contact us with your project details to request a sample.
We offer a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. For any quality issue, send photos and a brief description — our engineering team responds within 12 hours. Replacement parts are shipped immediately; full valve replacement if factory fault is confirmed. We maintain a 98.7% on-time delivery record and 0.4% defect rate (2025 data).
Yes. Our valves are manufactured to ANSI B16.5, ASTM material standards, and API 609. For US imports, the HTSUS code is 8481.80.5090 (butterfly valves, duty rate approximately 2.5–4.7% depending on classification). We provide full customs documentation including CO, B/L, packing list, and certificate of origin. We can also arrange duty-paid shipping (DDP) if preferred.
Limited offer: First-time buyers receive a free sample (2"–6" full lug butterfly valve) with qualified inquiry. No minimum order for sample evaluation. We'll match your specification and provide a detailed proposal.

"We ordered 120 full lug butterfly valves for a water treatment upgrade. Thriveon's team helped us select Nylon-11 coated ductile iron for corrosion resistance. Delivery was 2 weeks early, and all valves passed pressure testing on-site. A reliable partner."
"We switched from a European supplier to Thriveon for our HVAC isolation valves. Cost savings of 34% on the first order, with faster lead times. The full lug design with gear operator is perfect for our chilled water lines. Highly recommend their technical support."
"I was skeptical about importing valves from China, but Thriveon changed my mind. The full lug valves we received had excellent cast finish, accurate dimensions, and complete certification paperwork. Installed on a fire water loop and no issues after 8 months. I'm placing another order."
