A lug type butterfly valve has threaded inserts (lugs) on both flanges, allowing the valve to be bolted directly to the pipeline and enabling downstream maintenance without removing the entire valve. Wafer type slides between flanges and requires full line isolation for removal. Lug type is preferred for dead-end service and easier maintenance.
Our valves meet API 609, AWWA C504, and ISO 5752 standards. We provide ISO 9001, CE, and RoHS certification as standard. For the US market, we can also provide material test reports (MTR), PMI test reports, and pressure test certificates per ASTM standards.
