What is the difference between a lug and a wafer butterfly valve?
A lug valve features threaded inserts (lugs) on the valve body, allowing it to be bolted directly to flanges. This enables dead-end service— you can remove the downstream pipe while the valve remains sealed. A wafer valve sits between flanges and cannot provide downstream isolation.
Can you provide material traceability and pressure test certificates?
Yes. Every batch comes with full Material Test Certificates (MTC) per EN 10204 3.1. We also provide hydrostatic and pneumatic test reports upon request. Full traceability is standard for all exported orders.
