Swing check valves use a hinged disc that swings open with forward flow and closes when flow reverses — ideal for low-pressure drop and horizontal pipelines. Lift check valves use a piston or disc that lifts vertically; they're better suited for high-pressure applications and vertical lines. Thriveon offers both types with full trim options.
Absolutely. We supply threaded inlet check valves in sizes ½″ to 2″ in stainless steel and carbon steel. Threads are NPT or BSP per your requirement. Each piece is pressure tested and thread-gauged before shipment.
For standard materials (WCB or CF8) and sizes up to 12″, production takes 20–25 working days. We can expedite to 15 days for an additional 8% rush fee. Larger orders or custom alloys may require 30–35 days. All lead times are confirmed in writing.
Yes. We offer up to 2 free inlet check valve samples (size 2″ or smaller) for qualified buyers. You only pay shipping. Samples are fully tested and include MTC. This helps you verify quality, fit, and performance risk-free.
Every valve is designed per ASME B16.34 and undergoes hydrostatic shell test at 1.5× the 100°F rating, plus a seat leakage test per API 598. We provide a signed test certificate with each shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV) is also available.
We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% against BL copy), L/C at sight, and for regular clients — net 30 days (subject to credit approval). We also accept USD, EUR, and CNY.
