Concentric (zero offset): The disc rotates around the centerline of the seat. Best for low-pressure, low-temperature applications where cost is the primary driver. Not suitable for zero-leakage requirements.
Triple offset (TOV): The disc has three independent offsets โ angular, axial, and radial โ creating a cam-like action that lifts the disc away from the seat during opening. This eliminates friction and enables zero-leakage, bidirectional shut-off at high pressures up to Class 2500. TOV is the preferred choice for critical services like oil & gas, steam, and high-temperature processes.

Yes. Our triple offset valves are API 607 / ISO 17292 6th Edition fire-safe certified. They pass the stringent fire test including high-pressure gas leak test after flame exposure. Available with fire-safe sealant injection as an option. Full test reports are included with each valve.
Standard lead time: 4โ6 weeks from PO to FOB Tianjin (for Class 150โ600, sizes 2"โ24"). For higher classes or specialty materials, 8โ12 weeks. We also offer a Quick-Ship program that delivers in 4 weeks for select configurations. Air freight available for urgent orders โ we've delivered to Houston in 10 days.
Absolutely. We supply complete actuated packages with pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic actuators, including positioners, solenoids, limit switches, and control cabinets. We also offer OEM actuator mounting brackets that comply with ISO 5211 and NAMUR. Just provide your actuator specification, and we'll handle the integration and full testing before shipment.
For new customers, we typically require 30% T/T deposit, 70% against copy of shipping documents. For established relationships and larger volumes, we can discuss L/C at sight or net 30/60 days (subject to credit approval). We also accept credit card via PayPal for sample orders up to $5,000.
Every valve is manufactured under a controlled production process with batch traceability. We perform incoming material inspection (PMI + hardness), in-process dimensional checks, and 100% final testing (hydrostatic shell + seat leakage). Each valve gets a unique serial number and a digital certificate package (MTR, NDT reports, test certificate, IOM manual). Our ISO 9001:2015 certified system ensures repeatable quality.
We ship via sea freight (FOB Tianjin, CIF Houston/Los Angeles) or air freight (DDP available) for urgent orders.
