A dynacentric (double-offset) butterfly valve has a disc that rotates off-centre from the seat centreline. This eliminates rubbing during opening/closing, reducing wear and torque. Standard concentric valves rely on interference fit, which causes seat scrubbing and limited cycle life. Thriveon’s dynacentric design achieves bubble-tight shut-off with much lower operating torque.

For standard sizes 2″–24″ (Class 150–600), production takes 15–25 working days. Sea freight to US West Coast ports adds approx. 20–25 days. For urgent projects, air freight is available (7–10 days door-to-door). We provide a shipping schedule before order confirmation — no hidden delays.
Yes. We supply pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic actuators from partner brands (Norbro, Rotork, Biffi compatible). Each assembly is full-stroke tested and torqued to spec. We also offer solenoid valves, limit switches, and positioners as a complete package. One P.O., one shipment, one warranty.
Every valve undergoes hydrostatic shell test, seat leakage test (API 598), and torque verification. We offer a standard 18-month warranty from shipment. If a manufacturing defect is found, we ship a replacement immediately and cover return freight. Our QA team is available via WeChat / WhatsApp / email for real-time inspection video.
