Standard butterfly valves (concentric) have the stem centered in the disc, causing seat rubbing and limited sealing. High performance butterfly valves use double or triple offset design, where the stem is offset behind the disc centerline and the seat is conical. This eliminates seat wear, provides bubble-tight shutoff (Class VI), and handles higher pressures/temperatures — up to 600 PSI and 500°C.
Absolutely. We offer disc and seat materials including Hastelloy C276, Monel K500, Duplex 2205, and PTFE/PEEK linings. For chlorine service, we use Nickel 200/201 with PTFE seats. Each order includes a material certificate per EN 10204 3.1.
For standard HPBVs (2″–24″), lead time is 25–35 days from order confirmation. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, so you pay one all-in price — no surprise tariffs or freight charges. Air freight is 5–7 days if needed.
