A full bore (or full port) lever valve has an internal diameter equal to the pipe’s nominal bore, meaning no flow restriction. Standard reduced-bore valves have a smaller port — typically one pipe size down — causing pressure drop and blocking pigging tools. Full bore is the preferred choice for mainline, slurry, and pigging applications.

For standard full bore lever valves (½"–12", carbon/stainless steel), MOQ is 10 pieces. For customized trim, material, or special certifications (NACE, cryogenic, high-temp), MOQ starts at 30 pieces.
