Full bore means the ball and port have the same internal diameter as the pipe (22mm). This minimizes pressure drop and allows full flow. Reduced bore valves have a smaller port (e.g., 15mm), which restricts flow and creates turbulence. Our 22mm full bore valve delivers the same flow as a 3/4″ pipe.
We offer brass (CW617N), stainless steel 304, 316, and CF8M. For high corrosive environments, we recommend SS316 or CF8M with FPM seals. We can also provide coatings upon request.
