Eliminate cross-contamination risk in your potable water lines, irrigation systems, and industrial processes. Delivered in 25 days • ISO 9001 & ASSE 1015 compliant • OEM/ODM ready
A single backflow event can introduce chemicals, sewage, or debris into your potable supply. US EPA fines start at $2,500/day for non-compliance.
Low-quality check valves fail silently. Average downtime cost: $4,700/hour in a mid-size processing plant. Plus emergency plumbing fees.
US suppliers often quote 8–12 weeks for specialty double check valves. You stock more, wait longer, and pay premium freight.
Poorly machined valves require adapters, extra threading, and frequent rebuilds. 30% of maintenance calls trace back to valve fit and seal issues.
ASSE 1015, CSA B64, USC FCCCHR — each project requires specific approvals. One wrong spec can delay commissioning by 6 weeks.
Port congestion, tariff shifts, and raw material volatility make US-sourced valves 15–25% more expensive than 3 years ago — with no end in sight.
These aren't hypothetical — we hear these exact issues from 8 out of 10 new US clients. There's a better way.
3 CNC machining lines, automated assembly, and in-house pressure testing up to 300 psi. Capacity: 12,000 double check valves/month — we scale with your demand.
Every valve is tested and certified by Intertek / SGS. We provide traceable test reports with each shipment — no surprises at inspection.
From order to port in 25 days. 70% faster than domestic US lead times. Air freight option available in 7 days for urgent projects.
Custom flange drilling, special trim materials (316SS, Monel, Hastelloy), and unique test port configurations. Min order: 50 pcs for custom runs.
Each valve undergoes shell test (1.5x rated pressure) and seat leakage test (zero bubble at 5 psi). Field failure rate < 0.3% — verified by 3rd-party audits.
Our senior engineers average 14 years in valve design and US code compliance. WhatsApp / WeChat / email — response in 2 hours during business hours.

*All valves are fully compliant with US plumbing codes. 3rd-party inspection welcome at our factory or via SGS/Intertek at your cost.
Fire sprinkler systems, domestic water mains, boiler feed lines — 4,000+ valves installed in US high-rises since 2020.
Protect potable supply from fertilizer/pesticide backflow. Used by 3 major CA farm co-ops — rated for continuous duty.
Cooling towers, chemical injection, wastewater treatment. 316SS trim standard for corrosive environments.
Isolation zones, pump stations, reservoir bypass. Approved by 17 US municipal utilities (list available on request).

"We specified Thriveon double check valves for a 12-story office tower retrofit. Delivery was 24 days CIF, the valves passed ASSE certification on first try, and we saved 37% vs. the US brand bid. Now they're our go-to for backflow prevention."
"We ordered 220 units of 4" double check valves for irrigation. Thriveon customized the flange drilling to match our existing piping at no extra cost. Zero defects in 18 months of operation. Highly recommend."
"I was skeptical about importing valves from China, but Thriveon's quality system is legit. ISO 9001, full test reports, and the valves are machined to ANSI tolerances. We've used them on 5 projects now — zero failures."
"Excellent build quality. The valve body is heavy-duty and the test cocks are well-positioned. Saved us $3,200 per unit compared to our previous supplier. Repeat buyer without question."
"The OEM service is outstanding. We needed special grooved ends for a retrofit — Thriveon did the tooling in 3 days and delivered 80 valves in 30 days. Perfect fit. Great communication."
"We run a municipal water utility and have strict procurement rules. Thriveon provided full NSF 61 and ASSE documentation upfront. The audit passed without a single finding. Will spec them again."
"Thriveon's pricing is transparent — no hidden fees, no last-minute surcharges. We reduced our valve spend by 28% in the first year. The 5-year warranty gives us peace of mind."
"I visited the factory in Ningjin — their QC lab is better than some US valve makers I've worked with. They test every single valve, not just samples. That's rare. Trust them completely."
A double check valve backflow preventer uses two independently operating check valves (spring-loaded or poppet-style) to stop reverse flow. If the first check fails, the second provides backup. It's the most common type for low-to-medium hazard applications under ASSE 1015 and USC FCCCHR standards. At Thriveon, we design ours with splittable bodies for easy in-line maintenance.
Both prevent backflow, but the RPZ includes a pressure differential relief valve that discharges water if the zone pressure drops — offering higher protection for high-hazard fluids. Double check valves are suitable for potable water, irrigation, and non-toxic fluids. RPZ is required for chemical/biological hazards. We manufacture both; our team can help you choose the right assembly based on your local code.
Sizing depends on flow rate (GPM) and pipe diameter. A simple rule: match the valve size to your pipe diameter, but ensure flow velocity stays between 2–8 ft/s. For 100 GPM, a 2" valve works; for 400 GPM, go with 4". We provide sizing sheets and can do a free system review if you share your flow and pressure data. Submit a quick inquiry and we'll respond within 2 hours.
Yes — all our standard double check assemblies are certified to ASSE 1015, CSA B64, and USC FCCCHR. We also offer NSF 61 certification for potable water. Each valve is serialized and comes with a certified test report. 3rd-party testing via SGS or Intertek is available at cost.
Absolutely. We offer full OEM/ODM capabilities: custom flange drilling (ANSI, DIN, JIS), special trims (316SS, Monel, Hastelloy), different elastomers (EPDM, NBR, Viton), and threaded/grooved ends. Minimum custom order is 50 units. Lead time for custom runs: 30–45 days. Send us your spec sheet and we'll quote within 48 hours.
Standard lead time: 25 days CIF to Houston, Los Angeles, or Newark. Express air freight: 7 days (cost varies). Shipping cost for a 40' container (approx. 800 units of 2"–4" valves) to Houston is ~$3,800–$4,500 — much lower than domestic freight for equivalent volume. We handle all customs documentation; your cost is all-inclusive until port of entry.
We provide a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Extended 7-year warranty available for large-volume contracts. In the unlikely event of a field failure, we ship a replacement immediately and handle the claim directly — no back-and-forth with distributors. Our failure rate is <0.3% as verified by 3rd-party audits.
Order process: Send inquiry → receive quote → approve proforma invoice → 30% deposit → production → final payment → shipment. We accept T/T wire transfer, L/C at sight, and for established relationships — net 30 terms (up to $50,000). We also accept PayPal for samples up to $1,000. Contact our sales team to get started.
