SS 304 (18% Cr, 8% Ni) offers excellent corrosion resistance for water, food, mild chemicals, and ambient environments. SS 316 adds molybdenum for superior pitting resistance in chlorides, saltwater, and aggressive acids. For most food, beverage, HVAC, and potable water applications, SS 304 is cost-effective and fully compliant.
Yes. We supply EPDM, PTFE, and silicone liners that meet FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 for repeated food contact. Our standard PTFE seat is USP Class VI compliant, suitable for pharmaceutical and food processing.
For standard sizes (2″–12″) with custom stem length or gearbox, lead time is 20–25 working days after drawing approval. For full custom design (special end connections, multi-port), allow 30–35 days. We offer expedite options for urgent projects.
Every melt batch is tested with a PMI (Positive Material Identification) gun. Test reports are included with each shipment. We also offer third-party inspection (SGS, BV) at your cost if required.
