🏭 Water & Wastewater: Prevent backflow in pump discharge lines. Our inline one way check valves are NSF 61 certified for potable water and meet AWWA C508.
⛽ Oil & Gas / Petrochem: Spring-loaded versions for vertical or horizontal installation. NACE MR0175 compliant for sour service.
⚡ Power Generation: High-temperature alloys for steam and condensate systems. Zero-leak seat options reduce energy loss.
🧪 Chemical Processing: PTFE-lined or SS316 for corrosive media. Custom trim materials for aggressive chemicals.
An inline (spring-loaded) one way check valve uses a spring to close the disc, allowing installation in any orientation — vertical, horizontal, or inclined. Swing check valves rely on gravity and are limited to horizontal lines. Inline designs also minimize water hammer and are preferred for pulsating flow systems.
Spring selection depends on your flow rate, pressure, and orientation. Our engineers use a sizing tool based on your system parameters. Generally, a soft spring for low-pressure gravity flow, a standard spring for pump discharge, and a heavy spring for pulsating or vertical down-flow applications. Contact us with your line size and pressure — we recommend in under 2 hours.
Yes. We manufacture with NPT (ASME B1.20.1) threads as standard for US orders. BSP, BSPT, and custom thread forms are also available. Each threaded valve is gauged 100% before shipment.
Standard sizes (DN15–DN300 / ½″–12″) ship in 10–18 working days. For larger sizes or special alloys, typical lead time is 20–28 working days. We offer express handling (5–7 days) for urgent MRO needs — please indicate this in your inquiry.
Yes. For qualified OEMs and engineering firms, we provide free sample valves (up to DN50 / 2″) for testing and qualification. You only pay shipping. Contact our sales team with your application details to qualify.
We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C at sight, and for established accounts we offer Net 30 (subject to credit approval). PayPal and credit cards are available for smaller orders. All transactions are secured with standard trade documentation.
Every inline one way check valve carries a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Our US-dedicated support team responds to inquiries within 4 business hours. We also offer remote troubleshooting, replacement parts, and on-site inspection coordination with third-party agents.
Absolutely. We offer low-cracking pressure springs (from 0.2 psi / 0.015 bar) for gravity drain lines, drip irrigation, and sensitive instrumentation. Specify your required cracking pressure & flow rate, and we will tune the spring set accordingly.
