Standard cracking pressure for our 3/8″ inline check valve is 1.5 PSI (0.1 bar). However, we can adjust it from 0.5 PSI to 15 PSI depending on your system requirements. Low cracking pressure is ideal for gravity-fed lines; higher settings prevent chatter in pulsating flow.
Yes. Our 316L stainless steel version (TCV-38-SS) handles up to 450°F (232°C) with PTFE seal. For steam applications above 250°F, specify graphite gasket option. The brass version is rated to 350°F (177°C). Always confirm media compatibility with our engineering team.
We supply FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 compliance certificate for PVDF and 316L versions. Additionally, we provide material mill certificates (EN 10204 3.1), pressure test reports, and surface roughness report (<0.8 Ra) upon request. Absolutely. NPT (National Pipe Thread) is our standard for US-bound orders. We also offer BSPT, BSPP, and JIS threads. Our 3/8″ inline check valves are available with female NPT on both ends or male x female configuration. Every thread is checked with NPT ring gauge before shipping.
We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C at sight, and PayPal for sample orders under $500. For new customers, we require 30% deposit, 70% against BL copy. After 2–3 successful orders, we can offer net 30 terms for qualified buyers. We also support Alibaba Trade Assurance for secure transactions.
