Yes. We regularly manufacture threaded gate valves in NPT (National Pipe Thread) for US customers. Sizes from 1/2" to 4". All threaded valves are gauged and pressure tested. We also supply BSP threads for UK/Asian markets.
For standard sizes with minor customizations (stamping, tag, paint), MOQ is 50 pcs. For full custom patterns or special alloys, MOQ starts at 200 pcs. We also offer sample orders (1–5 pcs) for qualification at standard unit price + tooling if needed.
Every valve undergoes 100% shell hydrostatic test (150% of rated pressure) and closure test per API 598. We also perform random dimensional checks, chemical composition verification via PMI, and visual inspection. A final inspection report is included with each shipment. Third-party inspection is welcome.
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% against copy of BL), L/C at sight (for orders above $15,000), and for qualified buyers, negotiable terms after credit review. We also support PayPal for sample orders up to $1,500. All transactions are secure and documented.
