A forged gate valve is made from a solid billet of metal that is hammered or pressed into shape, resulting in a denser, stronger grain structure. This makes forged valves ideal for high-pressure (Class 600+) and high-temperature applications. Cast valves are more economical for low-pressure, large-diameter lines but have higher porosity and lower mechanical strength.
We offer A105 (carbon steel), F304, F316 (stainless steel), F51 (duplex), and F53 (super duplex) bodies. Trim options include 13Cr, F304, F316, and Stellite® faced seats. All materials are 100% traceable with MTRs.
All valves are designed to API 602 and ASME B16.34, tested per API 598. We provide ISO 9001, CE/PED, NACE MR0175, and CRN (Canada) certifications. ATEX and SIL 2 ratings are available on request.
