Flanged connections (ANSI B16.5) are preferred for sizes 2" and above, offering easy installation and maintenance. Threaded (NPT) is common for smaller sizes and portable pumps. Thriveon supplies both options, including custom groove connectors.

For a standard 20ft container to the US West Coast, sea freight typically takes 18–25 days. The total lead time including production is 15–25 days. We can also arrange air express via FedEx for urgent sample orders (3–5 days).
Standard MOQ is 50 pcs for popular sizes (2"-6"). For sample orders, we accept 1–5 pcs for qualification. Payment terms: T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy) or L/C at sight. Credit terms available for established US partners.
For strong acids, caustics, or high-chloride environments, we recommend Stainless Steel 316 bodies with PTFE (Teflon) or FPM/Viton seals. For milder media, Epoxy-coated Ductile Iron with EPDM is cost-effective. Our engineering team can review your specific media.
