OS&Y (Outside Screw & Yoke) has a rising stem that visually indicates the valve position — preferred for industrial applications where status must be clear. NRS (Non-Rising Stem) is used where vertical space is limited. Our flanged gate valves are available in both configurations.
Yes. All our cast steel gate valves are designed and manufactured to API 600 (latest edition). We also comply with ASME B16.34 for pressure-temperature ratings and ASME B16.5 for flange dimensions.
For standard materials (WCB) and handwheel operation, lead time is 25–35 days. Custom alloys or actuated valves may require 40–50 days. We offer express production for emergency projects.
We follow a strict 4-step QC process: 1) Incoming material inspection (PMI + MTR), 2) In-process dimensional check, 3) 100% hydrostatic & pneumatic testing per API 598, 4) Final visual & marking inspection. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Lloyds) is welcome at no extra management fee.
