For standard 2–6 inch WCB gate flanges, MOQ is 10 pieces. For larger sizes (8"–36") or special materials (duplex, Monel), MOQ is 5 pieces. OEM/ODM projects have no MOQ — we treat each custom request with full engineering support.
Every casting receives a unique heat number. We conduct 100% chemical analysis and mechanical testing per ASTM. All MTRs, PMI reports, and NDE results (RT, UT, MT, PT) are compiled in a traceable dossier for each order. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Lloyds) is welcome at the factory.
