Wafer butterfly valves are clamped between two flanges and rely on compression gaskets for sealing. They are lighter and more cost-effective. Lug type butterfly valves have threaded inserts that allow one side of the pipeline to be removed without affecting the other side β ideal for dead-end service.

Yes. We supply complete actuated packages β pneumatic (double-acting / spring-return), electric (on-off or modulating), and gear-operated. All mounting brackets are ISO 5211 compliant and include limit switch boxes and solenoid valves as needed.

Absolutely. We have supplied Duplex 2205 discs for seawater, PTFE-lined seats for aggressive chemicals, and Nylon 11 coated discs for abrasive slurries. Just send your media composition and operating temperature/pressure, and our engineers will recommend the optimal trim.
5. What payment terms do you accept for international orders?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and for long-term partners net 30/60 after credit approval. We also accept PayPal for sample orders under $1,000.
6. Can I request a free sample or prototype before bulk order?
Yes. We offer free sample valves (DN50 or DN80) for qualified customers. You only pay shipping. If the sample meets your performance requirements, we deduct the cost from your first bulk order. Contact us to arrange testing.
