The most common valve types include gate valves, globe valves, check valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves, diaphragm valves, and pinch valves. Each serves a specific purpose such as isolation, regulation, or backflow prevention. Our product line covers all standard types with various end connections.
Gate valves are designed for fully open or fully closed service (isolation) and offer low pressure drop when fully open. Globe valves are better for throttling/regulating flow because of their disc and seat design. Use gate valves for on/off applications where minimal turbulence is needed; use globe valves when you need precise flow control.
Yes. Our engineering team can design OEM/ODM valves according to your drawings, material specifications, pressure classes, and connection types. We have extensive experience with special alloys (duplex, monel, hastelloy) and coatings (PTFE, nylon, epoxy).
For standard sizes and materials (e.g., butterfly valves DN100 CF8), lead time is 15–25 working days. For large quantities or non-standard items, it may extend to 35 days. We also offer express production for urgent needs – contact our sales team for details.
Currently we ship directly from our factory in China. We have partners who maintain regional stock in the US for certain models. For large recurring orders, we can set up a consignment stock program at a US warehouse. Contact us to discuss your inventory needs.
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and for established clients net 30/60 days. Minimum order quantity is generally 1 piece for standard valves. We also support Alibaba Trade Assurance for added security.
We have a strict QC system: incoming material inspection, in-process checks, 100% hydrostatic/pneumatic test, and final visual inspection. Third-party inspections by SGS, BV, or Intertek are welcome. We also provide test certificates and material traceability records.
We ship via sea, air, or express (FedEx/DHL). For sea freight, valves are packed in plywood crates or cartons on pallets, with IPPC heat-treated wood. Each valve is individually wrapped and protected with rust inhibitor. We can also arrange door-to-door delivery with customs clearance.
