A threaded ball valve uses male/female NPT or BSP threads for connection, ideal for smaller pipe sizes (up to 4") and high-pressure systems. Flanged valves are bolted to pipe flanges, suitable for larger diameters (2" and above). Threaded valves are less expensive and easier to replace in existing piping.
We offer Carbon Steel (WCB), Stainless Steel (SS304 / SS316 / SS316L), Duplex Stainless Steel, and Brass. For corrosive environments, we recommend SS316 or Duplex. Full material traceability is provided.
NPT (National Pipe Taper) is common in the US, while BSP (British Standard Pipe) is widely used in the UK, Europe, and Asia. They are NOT interchangeable. Our team will help you identify the correct thread based on your piping standard and region.
