NPT (National Pipe Taper) has a 60° thread angle and is the standard in North America. BSP (British Standard Pipe) has a 55° angle. They are not interchangeable – using the wrong thread can cause leakage or joint failure. Thriveon offers both options with precision machining to ensure a perfect seal. Tip: Always check your pipe thread standard before ordering.

Standard PVC-U is rated for up to 60°C (140°F) continuous service. For temperatures above that, we recommend our CPVC (chlorinated PVC) version, which handles up to 93°C (200°F). If you are unsure, send us your operating conditions and we will recommend the right material.
Our standard MOQ is 200 pieces per size. However, for first-time buyers or sample testing, we offer low MOQ (50 pcs) at a small premium. We also keep popular sizes (½", ¾", 1") in stock for immediate shipment – no MOQ required for stock items.
Free sample (2-3 pieces) is available for qualified buyers. You only pay the shipping cost (approx. $25-45 via DHL/FedEx depending on your location). The sample cost will be deducted from your first order. Contact us with your size and thread standard to request one.
Standard lead time: 10-15 days after deposit and drawing approval. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 7-8 days with a 5% rush surcharge. We ship via sea (FOB Tianjin/Qingdao) or air (DHL/FedEx) depending on your urgency.
