A globe valve is designed for throttling and flow control, while a gate valve is primarily used for on/off isolation. For steam applications where you need to regulate flow or pressure, a globe valve is the correct choice due to its linear stem motion and disc design.
For steam up to 600°F, ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel is the most common and cost-effective choice. For higher temperatures or corrosive condensate, we recommend A351 CF8M (316SS) or WCC with Stellite trim. Always verify the pressure class and temperature limits.
Yes. We provide OEM/ODM services including custom end connections (special flange drilling, BW schedule), extended bonnets for cryogenic or insulated service, locking devices, and actuator mounting brackets. MOQ is just 50 pieces per size.
All our steam globe valves are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 and tested per API 598. We also offer CE/PED (2014/68/EU), ASME B16.34, and CRN (Canada) on request. Material traceability per EN 10204 3.1 is included.
Standard lead time is 25–35 working days for Class 150/300 sizes DN15–DN300. For urgent orders, we offer an express service at 15 working days (subject to material availability). Larger sizes and high-pressure classes may require 40–50 days.
Every valve undergoes 100% hydrostatic shell test (1.5x rated pressure), seat leakage test per API 598, and a visual & dimensional inspection. Test reports and photos are shared before shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV) is welcome at your cost.
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and for established clients, net 30 terms are negotiable. Shipping is FOB Tianjin or CIF to any US port. We handle all export documentation, including certificate of origin and bill of lading.
