Full port means the bore diameter equals the pipe inner diameter, providing unrestricted flow (Cv ≥ 45). Reduced port valves have a smaller bore (typically Cv 25–30). For high-viscosity fluids, slurry, or any system where pressure drop matters, we recommend full port. For general shut-off on clean fluids, reduced port is a cost-effective alternative.
Absolutely. We stock standard 1″ NPT threaded ball valves in both 304 and 316 stainless steel. BSP, SW (socket weld), and BW (butt weld) ends are also available. Our NPT threads are gauged to ASME B1.20.1 standards for a perfect fit.
For standard models, MOQ is 10 units. For OEM/ODM custom orders (special handle, actuator mount, engraving, etc.), MOQ is 50 units. Prototype samples can be made in 7–10 days at a nominal fee, refundable with bulk orders.
