Industrial Sliding Valves Engineered for Performance — Direct from China’s Trusted Manufacturer
Cut procurement costs by up to 35% without compromising quality. US-compliant sliding gate valves, globe valves, and more — delivered in 4–6 weeks with full OEM/ODM support.
⚠️ The Hidden Costs You’re Paying for Sliding Valves
Every purchasing manager knows the drill: you need reliable sliding valves for your pipeline system, but the market keeps throwing the same challenges at you.
Inflated pricing from legacy brands — Markups of 40–60% for the same cast steel you could source smarter.
Inconsistent casting quality — Porosity, incorrect tolerances, and premature seat wear that shut down your line.
Shipping delays & broken promises — Average lead times of 12–16 weeks from traditional suppliers leave projects stranded.
Poor after-sales support — Months of email ping-pong for replacement parts or technical documentation.
Hidden logistics costs — Inexperienced exporters miscalculate freight, and you pay the difference.
Uncertain compliance — Without clear CE/ASME certifications, your insurance and local code approvals hang in the balance.
These pain points don’t just annoy — they erode your project margin and damage your reputation with stakeholders. But there is a better way.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions About Sliding Valves
1. What exactly is a sliding valve, and how is it different from a ball valve?
A sliding valve uses linear motion to move a disc or gate into the flow path, ideal for isolation (fully open/closed) or throttling. Common types include gate valves and globe valves. Unlike a ball valve (quarter-turn rotary), sliding valves provide a straight-through flow path with low pressure drop and are better suited for high-pressure, high-temperature services. They are widely used in water, steam, oil, and gas applications.
2. Can you provide valves with ASME B16.34 and API 598 certifications for the US market?
Absolutely. All our sliding gate valves, globe valves, and check valves are designed and tested in accordance with ASME B16.34 (pressure-temperature ratings) and API 598 (inspection and testing). We provide full material traceability, pressure test reports, and can issue a Certificate of Compliance with every shipment. Our valves are widely accepted in the US, Canada, and other ASME-regulated markets.
3. What are your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and lead times for sliding valves?
For standard sliding valves (ductile iron, WCB, 2–12 inch), MOQ is as low as 10 units per size. Lead time: 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. For custom OEM/ODM orders (special materials, non-standard dimensions), MOQ is 50 units and lead time 6–8 weeks. We offer split shipments so you can start partial deliveries while the balance is in production. Express air freight is available for urgent spares.
4. How do you handle international shipping, and what are the costs like to the USA?
We ship FOB Tianjin Port (or CIF/DAP on request). For a typical 20ft container of sliding valves (approx. 300–500 units depending on size), sea freight to Houston or Los Angeles ranges $3,500–$5,500 (as of 2025–2026). We consolidate LCL for smaller orders. All shipments are fully insured and include commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and third-party inspection reports if required. We can also arrange door-to-door DDP for select markets.
5. What payment terms do you offer for first-time buyers?
For new customers, we typically require 30% T/T deposit with the balance paid before shipment (or against copy of BL for LC). For established clients, we offer 40% deposit / 60% against BL. We also support L/C at sight and, for qualified buyers, Net 30–60 after a credit review. We accept wire transfer (USD), PayPal (small orders), and Alibaba Trade Assurance. We are fully compliant with international trade finance norms.
6. Can you provide free samples for testing and qualification?
Yes, we offer free samples (1–2 units) for qualified buyers. You pay only the shipping cost. The sample will be fully tested, with material and pressure test reports included. This allows your engineering team to validate dimensions, material quality, and performance before committing to a full order. Contact us with your requirements and we'll issue a sample quotation within 1 business day.
7. How do you ensure quality control before shipment?
Every sliding valve goes through a 3-stage QC process: (1) Incoming material inspection — chemical composition and mechanical testing for all castings. (2) In-process inspection — dimensional checks, machining tolerances, and weld quality. (3) Final testing — shell hydrostatic test (1.5× rated pressure), seat leakage test (per API 598), and visual inspection. We offer live video inspection or third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) at your cost. A full inspection report is included with every order.
8. What after-sales support do you provide if a valve fails during warranty?
We offer a standard 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. If a defect is identified, we provide a free replacement or full refund (your choice). We also maintain a spare parts inventory for quick dispatch. Our technical support team (English-speaking) is available via email, WhatsApp, and video call. We have a documented complaint resolution process — most issues are resolved within 5 working days. For critical installations, we can also arrange on-site support (travel costs at your expense).
