All valves are manufactured in our ISO 9001-certified facility in Hebei, China. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) is available at buyer’s cost.
NPT (National Pipe Taper) has a 60° thread angle and is the standard in the USA and Canada. BSP (British Standard Pipe) has a 55° angle and is common in Europe, Asia, and Australia. They are not interchangeable. Thriveon offers both thread types, and each valve is gauge-checked to ensure a proper fit. We recommend specifying your thread standard at the time of order to avoid field mismatches.
Yes. Our screwed ball valves are available with API 607 fire-safe design, including anti-static device and blowout-proof stem. We provide a fire-safe certificate with each valve. Materials: WCB or CF8M body with graphite gaskets and PEEK seats for high-temperature resilience.
For standard sizes (1/2″ – 2″) in CF8/CF8M with PTFE seats, our lead time is 10–18 working days from order confirmation. For larger sizes (2.5″ – 4″) or special materials (brass, SS316L, PEEK seats), lead time is 20–30 working days. We also offer express production for urgent project needs — contact us for a confirmed schedule.
Absolutely. We offer OEM/ODM with customized body markings, handle color, special packaging, and material traceability. Minimum order quantity for OEM is 200 pcs per size. Our engineering team will work with your specifications to ensure the valve meets your brand standards and local code requirements.
Every valve undergoes three-stage quality control: 1) Incoming material inspection (chemical composition & mechanical properties), 2) In-process dimensional and thread gauging, 3) Final hydrostatic shell test and pneumatic seat leak test per API 598. Test records are kept for traceability. We also offer third-party inspection by SGS, BV, or TÜV at buyer’s request.
We ship via DHL, FedEx, air freight, or sea freight depending on order size and urgency. For small quantities (1–50 pcs), DHL express delivers to most US cities in 5–8 working days. For full container loads (FCL), sea freight to Los Angeles or Houston takes 18–25 days. We handle all export documentation, including certificate of origin, commercial invoice, and packing list. Customs clearance on the US side is the buyer’s responsibility.
Yes. We offer free samples (1–2 pcs) for qualified procurement or engineering evaluations. The buyer pays the shipping cost. Samples are fully tested and come with a material certificate. This allows you to verify thread fit, finish, and performance before committing to a larger order.
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (irrevocable letter of credit), and Western Union for international orders. For first-time buyers, we typically require 30% advance payment and 70% before shipment. For established customers with a history, net 30 terms may be available after credit evaluation. We also accept PayPal for sample orders.
