A single-stage regulator reduces tank pressure in one step, best for stable temperature and short pipe runs. A two-stage regulator provides more consistent output pressure despite changing tank pressure or temperature — ideal for high-demand or long-distance applications. We offer both configurations depending on your BTU requirements and local code.
2. How do I know which regulator flow rate (BTU/h) I need?
Add up the BTU/h ratings of all connected appliances (heater, stove, dryer, furnace). Choose a regulator with a capacity 20–30% higher than your total load. Our technical team can help you calculate — just send your appliance list.
3. Do you offer OEM / private label regulators for propane tanks?
Yes. We are a full OEM manufacturer. We can customize: branding, connection types (NPT, flare, QCC), outlet pressure settings, diaphragm material, and color. Minimum order quantity starts at 500 units for custom configurations.
4. What certifications do your propane regulators have for the US market?
Our standard models are UL recognized and CSA certified to ANSI Z21.18 / CSA 6.3. We also offer CE, RoHS, and ISO 9001. We can support your UL or CSA file if you need a custom certification.
5. What are your typical lead times and MOQs?
For standard models: MOQ is 200 pcs, lead time 4–5 weeks. For OEM orders: MOQ 500 pcs, lead time 5–7 weeks (including prototyping). We also offer sample orders (1–10 pcs) for evaluation with a short 2-week lead time.
6. How do you handle logistics and shipping costs?
We ship FOB Tianjin or CIF to your nearest port (Los Angeles, Houston, New York, etc). Our logistics team consolidates freight to reduce your shipping cost. We offer volume-based freight discounts for regular orders.
7. Can I get free samples to test before bulk ordering?

8. Do your regulators work with vertical propane tanks?
Absolutely. Our regulators are compatible with vertical and horizontal tanks. For vertical tanks, we recommend a two-stage regulator to handle the variable head pressure. Proper venting and orientation per NFPA 58 is required.
