“We replaced a European-brand regulator with Thriveon’s DN80 model. Saved 31% per unit and received the order in 18 days — half the lead time we used to wait. No quality issues after 14 months of continuous use.”
“Thriveon’s engineering team helped us customize the outlet pressure spring range for our steam sterilization line. Installation was seamless, and we passed FDA audit with full documentation.”
“Ordered 60 pressure reducing regulators for a hospital HVAC upgrade. The consistency in outlet pressure across all units was impressive. Fast shipping and clear communication throughout.”
“We were skeptical about a new supplier, but Thriveon’s sample program removed the risk. The regulator performed better than our legacy brand. Now we source all our pressure control valves from them.”
“Very good quality for the price. Custom flanged connections were made exactly to our drawing. The only improvement we’d like is even faster delivery — but the standard lead time is already better than most.”
“I’ve been in the valve industry for 20 years. Thriveon’s regulators offer the best balance of cost and reliability I’ve seen from a Chinese manufacturer. They genuinely listen to feedback.”

“Used their pressure reducing regulators for a water treatment plant in South Africa. Excellent support from the engineering team, and the units have been running without issues for 8 months.”
A pressure reducing regulator is a self-operated valve that maintains a constant downstream pressure regardless of flow or upstream pressure variations. It uses a spring-loaded diaphragm or piston mechanism. A pressure control valve usually requires an external actuator or pilot signal. For most industrial water, steam, and gas applications, a direct-acting or pilot-operated regulator is the most reliable and cost-effective choice.
Sizing depends on: flow rate (GPM or kg/h), inlet pressure range, desired outlet pressure, media type (water, steam, gas), and temperature. A common mistake is oversizing — a regulator that is too large will “hunt” and cause pressure instability. Our engineering team offers free sizing calculations. Request a sizing sheet →
Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM services — including custom nameplates, packaging, special materials, and unique pressure ranges. Minimum order quantities are flexible. We currently supply private-label regulators to distributors in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East. Contact us with your specification.
Standard lead time is 15–25 working days after order confirmation. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 10–12 days for select models. Shipping costs vary by quantity and port — we recommend sea freight for bulk orders (cost-efficient, 25–35 days transit). Air freight is available for sample or small orders (3–7 days). We provide DDP terms for clients who want a delivered price with no surprises.
Yes. We provide free samples for qualified buyers (you pay only shipping). This allows you to test the regulator in your system before committing to volume. We also offer a 60-day performance guarantee — if the regulator does not meet your specifications, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
Our standard products are CE marked and manufactured under ISO 9001:2015. We also provide: material certificates (EN 10204 3.1), pressure test reports, NACE compliance upon request, and CRN registration for Canadian provinces. Third-party inspections by SGS, BV, or TÜV are welcome at no extra charge.
We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Our technical team is available via email, WhatsApp, or video call to assist with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. We also keep common spare parts (springs, diaphragms, seats) in stock for fast dispatch.
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and for established clients, PayPal (for samples). Payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term contracts, we can discuss more flexible terms.
