Yes. Our PRV-200 series uses 316L stainless steel body with a special FKM (Viton®) diaphragm seat rated for continuous 450°F service. For superheated steam up to 600°F, we offer an Inconel spring option. Lead time for custom high-temp valves is 10–12 working days.
For standard sizes (1/2" to 2"), MOQ is 5 units. For larger sizes (2½" to 6") or custom materials, MOQ is 2 units. We also offer sampling orders for first-time buyers – 1 unit at 100% production cost with free shipping within the U.S.
