Spring-return (fail-safe) actuators use a spring to move the valve to a safe position (open or closed) when air supply is lost. For critical fail-safe applications in US oil & gas or chemical plants, spring-return is typically required by API 6D or local safety codes. We can supply both configurations with NAMUR mounting.

Torque depends on valve type, size, differential pressure, and media characteristics. As a rule: break torque = 1.5× running torque for ball valves; 2× for butterfly valves with resilient seats. Yes. We offer integrated smart positioners from top brands (Siemens, Emerson/Fisher, Flowserve) or our OEM-compatible unit with 4–20 mA, HART, or Modbus RTU protocols. For customers upgrading existing actuators, we supply mounting kits and calibration support. All positioners are factory-calibrated to your control signal range before shipping.

Every shipment includes: Certificate of Origin (COO – China), Commercial Invoice with HS code 8481.80, Packing List, Mill Test Reports for housing material, and CE Declaration of Conformity. For ATEX or SIL 2 certified units, we supply the relevant Notified Body certificate. We also coordinate with your customs broker for TSCA compliance (all standard materials are TSCA-compliant).

For first-time orders: T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L) or L/C at sight. For repeat customers after two successful orders, we extend net 30 or net 60 credit terms upon credit review. Letters of credit from US banks (Wells Fargo, Chase, BofA) are welcome. We also accept PayPal for small prototype orders.

We ship via ocean freight from Tianjin or Qingdao to Long Beach, Houston, or New York. Standard transit: 25–32 days for CY/CY. For urgent orders, we offer air freight (3–7 days) for actuators under 50 kg. We quote CIF (cost, insurance, freight) to your nearest US port or DDP (delivered duty paid) to your warehouse—no hidden charges. Recent ocean freight rates: approx. $1,200–$1,800 per 20-ft container to West Coast.

All pneumatic actuators carry a 24-month warranty from date of shipment against material or manufacturing defects. We stock common seal kits and spare parts in our US partner warehouse (Houston, TX). Technical support is available via email/WhatsApp during US business hours (CST). For warranty claims, we require a brief failure report and photos—replacement units are dispatched within 5 working days.
