A: For seawater service, we recommend Super Duplex 2507 (UNS S32750) or Aluminium Bronze (C95800). For less critical applications, CF8M (SS316) with a protective coating works well. Avoid standard carbon steel in direct saltwater contact.
A: Absolutely. Our ball valves and through-conduit gate valves are fully compliant with API 6D. Fire-safe designs are certified to API 607 (4th edition). We provide certificates with every batch.
A: For standard Class 150/300 gate valves (2"–12"), we ship within 7–10 working days from our stock. For custom alloys or larger diameters (14"+), lead time is 4–6 weeks — significantly faster than the industry average of 18–22 weeks.
A: Yes. We can prepare mounting brackets, keyed stems, and direct-drive platforms for pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic actuators according to ISO 5211. Just provide your actuator drawing or brand preference (Bettis, Rotork, etc.).
A: Every valve undergoes hydrostatic shell test, seat leakage test (API 598), material verification (PMI), and visual inspection. We can also arrange third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or ABS prior to shipment.
A: We typically work on 30% T/T advance, 70% T/T against copy of BL or L/C at sight for first-time orders. For established U.S. clients, we can discuss net 30 terms.
