Direct acting valves do not require a minimum pressure differential to operate — they are ideal for low-flow / zero-pressure applications. Pilot operated valves use line pressure to assist in opening/closing, making them suitable for high-flow systems. We provide both types depending on your system requirements.
Yes. We offer OEM coils in 12VDC, 24VDC, 24VAC, 110VAC, 220VAC, 380VAC, and other custom voltages. We can also match existing connector standards (DIN, Faston, Flying Leads, M12).
Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks for quantity 100–1000 units. For urgent orders, we offer expedited production (2–3 weeks) with air freight delivery within 7 days.
Absolutely. We provide free samples for qualified buyers (you only pay shipping). If the sample fails due to manufacturing defects, we replace it at no cost. Our standard warranty is 12 months from the date of shipment.
For hot water/steam we recommend EPDM seals (up to 180°C). For oils and fuels, use NBR or Viton. For aggressive chemicals, PTFE or FKM (Viton) is preferred. Our engineers can advise the ideal seal based on your media safety data sheet.
