Reduce pressure drop, improve burner efficiency, and meet safety codes. Engineered for bulk tanks, central gas distribution, and high-demand facilities. Direct factory pricing with full OEM/ODM support.
Purchasing managers and facility operators face the same frustration — inconsistent gas pressure leads to downtime, higher fuel bills, and safety compliance risks. Here are the most common problems we hear from the field:
Inlet pressure swings cause uneven burner performance, leading to product rejects in heating processes and increased fuel waste.
US and European regulators often carry a 40–60% price premium. You pay for legacy branding, not necessarily better performance.
Standard lead times of 12–18 weeks from traditional suppliers disrupt project timelines and force costly last-minute air freight.
Regulators that fail to meet UL 144 or EN 13785 standards put your operation at risk. Recalls and downtime are expensive.
Standard off-the-shelf models often don't fit your specific inlet/outlet configuration or flow requirements.
Shipping heavy brass/steel regulators from distant suppliers eats into margins — especially for small-to-medium volume orders.
Manufactured in our ISO 9001-certified facility in Northern China, our LPG first stage regulators combine precision machining, rigorous testing, and supply-chain efficiency. Designed for propane, butane, and LPG mixtures, they deliver stable outlet pressure from 0.5 to 5 psi with minimal droop.
Diaphragm-actuated design with ±3% accuracy. Maintains set point across varying inlet pressures from 10–250 psi.
Die-cast aluminum or brass body, stainless steel spring, and EPDM/FKM seals. Resistant to corrosion, vibration, and extreme temperatures (-20°F to 180°F).
Built-in internal relief valve and overpressure protection. Compliant with UL 144/CSA 6.35 and EN 13785 requirements.
Custom inlet/outlet threads (NPT, BSPT, Flange), pressure settings, and labeling. Minimum order quantity: 200 pcs.
Standard lead time 25–35 days. Express production available for volume commitments. Shipped via sea/air from Tianjin port.

Eliminate distributor markups. Typical savings: 30–45% vs. comparable US/European models. Volume rebates available.

*Custom pressure settings, thread types, and certification marks available for volume OEM orders. Contact our engineering team for a datasheet.
A first stage regulator mounts directly on the LPG tank and reduces high tank pressure (up to 250 psi) to an intermediate pressure (typically 5–10 psi). The second stage regulator further reduces it to appliance-use pressure (11″ WC or 0.5 psi). Our TFR series covers both first-stage and integral two-stage configurations.
Yes. We offer pressure presets from 0.5 to 5 psi and connections in NPT, BSPT, BSPP, and flange (ANSI/DIN/JIS). Minimum custom order is 200 units. Our engineers will provide a technical drawing for approval before production.
Our LPG regulators are UL 144 and CSA 6.35 certified for the USA/Canada, and CE / EN 13785 for the EU. We also provide RoHS, REACH, and ISO 9001 documentation. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) is available upon request.
Standard lead time is 25–35 days after deposit. For a 20GP container (approx. 2,000–3,000 units depending on size), sea freight from Tianjin to Los Angeles or Rotterdam ranges from $2,800–$4,500 (as of Q1 2026). We can arrange door-to-door logistics.
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and for qualified buyers, net 60 after credit review. PayPal and credit card are accepted for sample orders (up to $2,000).
Yes. We offer 2 free sample units for qualified commercial buyers (you pay shipping). For OEM projects, we can produce 5–10 pre-production samples with full test reports before mass production.
Every regulator is 100% pressure-tested and function-tested before packaging. We follow AQL 2.5 inspection standards (ISO 2859). Our QC team issues a Certificate of Conformance with each shipment. Third-party inspection is welcome.
