WCB (cast carbon steel) is ideal for water, oil, and gas at -29°C to +425°C. CF8M (316 stainless) is for corrosive fluids, high chloride environments, or temperatures up to 815°C. Our engineers can recommend based on your media and pressure rating.
Standard sizes (2″–12″, Class 150–600) ship in 25–35 days. Larger sizes or higher classes (Class 900–2500) require 40–55 days. We offer expedited production for urgent orders – contact us for availability.
Yes. We quote CIF Houston, New York, Long Beach, or any major US seaport. We also advise on Incoterms and tariff optimization to minimize Section 301 duties on Chinese valves.
We manufacture to API 600 (bolted bonnet) and API 6D (pressure-seal) designs. API 6D monogram is available on request, subject to audit. Most of our standard production follows ASME B16.34.
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% against BL copy) or L/C at sight. For established customers, we may extend net-30 after credit evaluation. Escrow service (e.g., Alibaba Trade Assurance) is also supported.
Absolutely. We mount gearboxes (worm gear or spur gear) per ISO 5211, and we supply pneumatic/electric actuators (Rotork, Auma compatible) with mounting brackets and coupling. Just provide your actuator interface specs.
Each valve undergoes hydrostatic shell and seat testing (API 598). We provide MTR (material test reports) and NDE (PT, RT, UT) upon request. You can also arrange third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) at our factory.
We provide 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Our engineers are available on WhatsApp, WeChat, and email (info@thriveonvalve.com) for technical troubleshooting. We can also arrange field service visits for major projects.
