A high flow regulator is designed with a larger orifice, higher Cv, and reinforced internals to maintain stable outlet pressure under high flow demand (often > 200 GPM). Standard regulators may experience pressure droop at elevated flows. Our HFR series uses a characterized trim to minimize droop to < 5%.
We supply 2″ to 24″ with 150# / 300# ANSI flanges, NPT threaded (up to 4″), and groove-end options. All dimensions comply with ASME B16.5 / B16.42.
