Reduce unplanned downtime by 41% with ASME-compliant globe control valves engineered for high-pressure steam, oil & gas, and chemical processing. Direct factory pricing & 8-week lead time — no middlemen.
Trusted by buyers in USA, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Italy — 500+ tons exported monthly
You're not alone — here are the top pain points we hear from technical directors like you:
Markups of 300–500% are common when you buy through intermediaries. A 6" Class 600 globe valve shouldn't cost $4,800 when the factory price is $1,150.
Standard delivery from US-based manufacturers averages 16–22 weeks. When your plant shutdown is scheduled in 10 weeks, that delay costs $14,000+ per hour in lost production.
Valves that fail hydrostatic testing, incorrect material certifications, or missing NACE reports — these issues cause rework, safety violations, and strained supplier relationships.
Air freight for urgent orders can add $2,000–$5,000 per valve. Ocean freight from China is often 60% cheaper than domestic US shipping for heavy industrial goods.
When a valve fails, you need a replacement seat ring or packing gland within days, not months. Many suppliers treat post-warranty support as an afterthought.
ASME B16.34, API 602, ISO 15848 fugitive emissions — the list of standards is exhausting. One missing document can delay your entire project approval.
Direct-from-factory supply with full traceability — designed for demanding process environments.
15,000 m² production facility in Northern China with 200+ skilled machinists. Annual output exceeds 120,000 valves across 8 product lines. We control every step — from casting to final assembly.
Every globe control valve is 100% hydrostatically tested, with optional API 598 or ISO 5208 testing. Material traceability from melt number to final mark. 2.5% X-ray & PMI available.
Our engineering team (12+ years average experience) can replicate or redesign any globe valve configuration. Custom face-to-face dimensions, special trim materials, and actuator mounting kits — all in-house.
Standard lead time: 6–8 weeks (vs. industry average 16–22 weeks). Express delivery for popular sizes: 4 weeks. We airfreight at factory cost when you're in a pinch.
Consolidated shipping via Tianjin port — 18 days to Los Angeles, 22 days to Houston. DDP terms available for US buyers. No hidden fees — you see the total landed cost before you order.
We provide EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates, NACE MR0175, CE/PED, and Fugitive Emissions (ISO 15848) documentation. Our quality system is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Corrosive media handling with Alloy 20 or Hastelloy bodies. Precise throttling for reactor feed, catalyst addition, and acid transfer.
High-pressure steam isolation & control in boiler feedwater, turbine bypass, and condenser systems. Class 2500 rated for supercritical applications.
Modulating flow for filtration, chemical dosing, and sludge handling. Corrosion-resistant materials for chlorinated environments.
Chilled water & hot water control in district cooling/heating plants. Low-torque design for energy-efficient actuator sizing.
Sanitary globe valves with Ra ≤ 0.4 μm internal finish. Full drainability for CIP/SIP cycles. FDA-compliant gaskets.
Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks from engineering approval. For popular sizes (NPS 2–12, Class 150–600) we can ship in 4 weeks using our quick-turn program. Air freight is available at cost for urgent needs.
Absolutely. All our globe valves are designed and tested per ASME B16.34 for pressure-temperature ratings. For forged valves, we follow API 602. We also offer API 598 testing as standard. Full traceability is provided.
Yes. We supply Stellite® faced seats and discs for high-temp erosion resistance, Hastelloy C276 for aggressive chemicals, Duplex 2205 for chloride stress cracking, and Monel® for reducing environments. Our engineers will help you select the optimal trim.
No MOQ for standard sizes within our catalog. For custom alloys or special face-to-face dimensions, we typically ask for a minimum of 5 units per size to amortize engineering and pattern costs. Prototype single units are welcome.
Every valve undergoes 100% hydrostatic shell & seat testing. We offer API 598 or ISO 5208 as standard. Optional tests include: PMI on all wetted parts, X-ray/RT on critical welds, liquid penetrant (PT), and fugitive emissions per ISO 15848. All test reports are included in the documentation package.
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight for large orders, and for established customers in the USA/EU we can offer net 30 after credit review. Payment in USD, EUR, or GBP is welcome.
We ship via ocean freight from Tianjin port to Los Angeles (18 days), Houston (22 days), or New York (25 days). DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms are available — you receive the total landed cost upfront with no surprises. For a typical 20ft container of valves, sea freight costs $2,800–$4,200 depending on destination.
We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Our technical team is available 24/7 via WhatsApp & email for troubleshooting. Spare parts (packing, gaskets, seat rings) can be shipped within 5–7 days for standard sizes. We also provide on-site installation supervision for large projects.
