Standard lead time for common sizes (1/2" – 4") is 30–45 days from order to FOB port. Express production can be arranged in 18–22 days for urgent projects, subject to material availability. Every production batch follows our 4-step quality gate: (1) incoming material inspection with chemical composition check, (2) in-process dimensional inspection during machining, (3) assembly torque and leakage testing per API 598, and (4) final QA review with batch traceability. We maintain a defect rate below 0.3%. If a defective gas meter fitting slips through, we replace it within 10 days, including freight.

We accept T/T wire transfer and L/C at sight. Standard trade terms are FOB Tianjin or CIF destination port. For first-time buyers, a 30% deposit with 70% against copy of shipping documents is typical. For repeat customers with established credit, we can discuss net 30 terms on a case-by-case basis. All shipments are fully insured.
