Yes — 100% standard. Our flanged sluice valves are manufactured with ASME B16.5 Class 125, 150, and 300 raised-face flanges. We also offer EN 1092-2 and JIS B2220 drilling for global projects. All flanges are gaged and certified before shipment.
Our standard MOQ is 5 units for sizes up to DN300 (12"), and 2 units for larger diameters. For OEM designs with special coatings or actuators, we can discuss lower MOQs on a case-by-case basis. Sample orders are always welcome.
We follow a strict QC plan: incoming material inspection (PMI & chemical analysis), in-process dimensional checks, 100% hydrostatic shell and seat testing per API 598, and final visual/coating inspection. Each valve receives a unique serial number with full traceability. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) is welcome at no extra coordination fee.
Standard lead time is 20–25 working days after order confirmation and deposit. For urgent projects, we offer a 10–15 working day express service (additional 8% surcharge). Sea freight to US West Coast takes approximately 18–22 days; East Coast 25–30 days. We provide CIF, FOB, or DDP terms.
