Absolutely. Thriveon specializes in OEM/ODM fire protection valve solutions. We can customize valve materials (Ductile Iron, WCB, SS316), paint colors (RAL codes), flange drilling standards (ANSI, DIN, JIS), and provide private labeling with your brand name and logo. Minimum order quantities apply for custom configurations.

For standard UL/FM approved fire protection valves (butterfly, gate, check), our lead time is typically 5-7 weeks from order confirmation to shipment. For custom OEM orders with special coatings or materials, lead times extend to 8-10 weeks. We can expedite certain items from buffer stock if needed.

We implement a three-stage QC process: (1) Incoming raw material inspection (chemical and physical testing), (2) In-process inspection during casting and machining, and (3) Final inspection including 100% hydrostatic pressure testing and dimensional checks. Each valve is serialized for full traceability. Third-party inspection (SGS, TÜV) is welcome at buyer's cost.

For new partners, we typically require a 30% T/T deposit with the balance against a copy of shipping documents. For container orders, L/C at sight is also acceptable. After a successful transaction history, we can discuss more flexible terms such as D/P or open account.

Thriveon provides a standard 12-month warranty from the date of shipment against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty covers replacement or credit for defective valves. We address valid claims within 48 hours of receiving photo/video documentation and the casting heat number.

Both UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and FM (Factory Mutual) are globally recognized standards for fire protection equipment. FM is generally more focused on property insurance requirements and may have stricter quality assurance audits for the manufacturing facility. UL is more common for municipal codes in the USA. Many projects accept either, but some specific specs mandate one. We can guide you based on your target market.
