Eliminate trapped air, prevent water hammer, and reduce energy costs by up to 18% — with precision-machined exhaust air valves built for 150+ PSI systems. Trusted by municipal utilities and industrial plants across North America.
✅ Over 1,200+ valves shipped monthly to USA, Saudi Arabia, South Africa & Italy
Air pockets restrict cross-sectional flow, forcing pumps to work harder and increasing electricity bills. A 6-inch line with trapped air can lose up to 20% capacity instantly.
When air pockets collapse, pressure surges can exceed 300 PSI — cracking flanges, bursting gaskets, and damaging sensitive instrumentation. Repairs cost $2,000–$15,000 per incident.
Dissolved oxygen in trapped air accelerates pipe wall corrosion. Air bubbles also confuse flow meters and pressure transmitters, leading to costly SCADA errors.
Empty pipelines filled with air can cause violent valve slamming when water enters, posing serious risk to operators and nearby equipment.
Are these issues inflating your O&M budget?
See how Thriveon fixes them ↓Unlike generic air release valves, our exhaust air valves are designed with a stainless steel trim, full-port orifice, and a guided float mechanism that never jams — even in dirty water applications.
Up to 40% larger air discharge capacity than standard models. Clears a 12-inch air pocket in under 30 seconds at 60 PSI.
Corrosion-resistant float and seat — ideal for potable water, wastewater, and chemical dosing lines. No rubber swelling, no sticking.
Tested to ANSI B16.34 standards. Suitable for high-rise building booster systems, irrigation mains, and high-pressure industrial loops.
Our guided float stem uses a PTFE bushing — proven in 10,000+ cycles to prevent sticking even with silt and sand content up to 200 ppm.
Threaded (NPT/BSP), flanged (ANSI/DIN/JIS), or grooved ends. Add thermostatic air release, vacuum breaker, or combination air/vacuum functions in the same housing.

Installed at high points in 12"–36" mains. Reduced pump cycling by 22% for a utility in Texas — saving $14,000/year in electricity.
Protects chillers and cooling towers from air-binding. One chemical plant eliminated 3 unplanned shutdowns per quarter after retrofitting T-EAV 300s.
Handles solids-laden air with zero clogging. A South African WWTP reported 100% uptime on their digester gas line for 18+ months.
Prevents pressure drop in 40-story buildings. Installed at each pump discharge — maintains steady 60 PSI to top floors.

An exhaust air valve (also called a combination air/vacuum valve) has a larger orifice than a standard air release valve. It can discharge large volumes of air during pipeline filling and also release small pockets under pressure. Thriveon’s T-EAV series combines both functions in one unit, eliminating the need for dual valves at high points.

Sizing depends on pipe diameter, flow rate, and pressure. A general rule: for pipes up to 12", use a 2" exhaust air valve. For 12"–24", use a 3" valve. Thriveon provides a free sizing tool — email us your pipe schedule and we’ll confirm the model within 4 hours.
Absolutely. All our exhaust air valves are available with NPT (ANSI B1.20.1), BSP, flanged (ANSI 150/300/600), or grooved ends. We stock NPT configurations for same-week shipment to the USA.
Yes. We provide OEM casting with your logo, custom tag plates, and special painting (RAL colors). Minimum order quantity for full OEM is 50 units; partial customization (tag + paint) is available from 10 units.
Standard sizes (1/2"–3", 150/300 class) ship in 5–10 working days from our factory in Hebei, China. Express air freight (3–5 days to US ports) is available. Larger orders or custom alloys may require 15–20 days.
Thriveon offers a full 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. In case of failure, we ship a replacement within 72 hours and cover return shipping for failure analysis. Our technical team is available on WhatsApp for real-time troubleshooting.
Yes — our T-EAV-S series features a stainless steel float and a self-cleaning guide rod that prevents solids buildup. We recommend Viton seals for sewage gas resistance. Hundreds of units are deployed in municipal wastewater plants across South Africa and Italy.
“Thriveon’s exhaust air valves are the best I’ve used in 20 years. The build quality is on par with US brands, and their engineering team actually answers the phone. We’re standardizing on T-EAV 300 for all new projects.”
“We were skeptical about Chinese-made valves until we tested Thriveon. The pressure test passed first time, and the price was 40% less than the European equivalent. Fast delivery too — 9 days from order to Jeddah.”
“The OEM service is outstanding. They matched our exact flange drilling and painted the valves in our corporate blue. Quality checks were rigorous — every valve came with a hydrotest certificate.”

“We replaced a leading Italian brand with Thriveon exhaust air valves on our 24-inch raw water line. Pressure spikes dropped by 37% and we haven’t had a single gasket failure in 14 months. The savings paid for the retrofit in 6 months.”
“We run a 600 PSI cooling water loop for our compressors. The T-EAV 600 series gave us consistent air release without sticking — even with 150 ppm suspended solids. I’ve approved them for all future projects.”
“Thriveon’s OEM team customized the end connections to match our existing piping in 3 days — not 3 weeks. The valves fit perfectly and the price was 30% under the next bidder. We’ve ordered 85 units for Phase 2.”
