All our standard electronically controlled valves are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 certified processes. We offer CE marking (PED 2014/68/EU), and can provide API 607 fire-safe certification on our ball valve ranges. Material certification (EN 10204 3.1) is standard. We do not claim UL listing standardly, but we can design to meet the intent of the relevant ASME standards.
We implement a 3-stage inspection process: raw material analysis (PMI), in-process dimensional checks, and final pressure/seat leakage testing. For US clients, we also offer optional Third-Party Inspection (SGS/BV) at the factory prior to shipment, paid by Thriveon for orders over $50,000.
For standard sizes (2"-12") with electric actuation, lead time is 3-4 weeks. Custom builds involving special alloys (Duplex, Super Duplex) or high-torque actuators typically take 6-8 weeks. We operate a Quick-Ship Program for popular models, delivering in 2 weeks.
Yes. While we do not yet have a US warehouse, we guarantee spare parts availability for 10 years post-production. Our engineering team provides remote video support for installation and troubleshooting. We ship spare parts via DHL Express (3-5 days door-to-door). We are actively seeking US-based service partners.
Our factory-direct prices are typically 30-50% lower than equivalent German or Italian brands for the same specifications. For US-made valves, the savings can be even greater.
