Based on media, pressure, and temperature, we select the appropriate body material (316 stainless, ductile iron, etc.), seal type (PTFE, Viton, EPDM), and actuator configuration. We have supplied valves for everything from demineralized water to concentrated sulfuric acid.
For standard configurations (e.g., butterfly valve + electric actuator, ANSI flanged), lead time is 15–25 days for sea freight, or 7–10 days for air express. Fully custom designs (special materials, unique actuator mounts) require 25–35 days. We provide a confirmed schedule before order acceptance.
We perform 100% torquing and stroke testing on every assembly. Our ISO 9001 procedures include actuator current draw verification, full-open/full-closed cycle tests, and a 30-minute continuous modulation test. A signed Inspection Test Plan (ITP) is provided with each shipment.
We typically require 30% T/T deposit with 70% balance against copy of shipping documents. For established customers or orders above $15,000, we can discuss L/C at sight. We also accept T/T and PayPal for smaller prototype orders.
We provide dimension diagrams and wiring schematics for approval before production. If there’s a mismatch due to our error, we cover the replacement cost. If specifications change after ordering, we’ll work with you to modify — just reach out to our technical support.
We have consolidated freight contracts and include shipping costs transparently. For smaller orders (1–5 valves), air express is surprisingly affordable. For container orders, the per-unit shipping cost is very low. We always provide a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) quote upon request — so you know the exact landed cost upfront.
