For new customers, we typically require 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against copy of shipping documents. For established relationships, we offer L/C at sight. We also accept L/C at sight and Western Union for smaller orders. Payment in USD is preferred.

We provide a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. If a valve fails under normal operating conditions, we replace it free of charge (excl. shipping). For standard catalog valves (butterfly, gate, globe, check), our MOQ is 100 pieces per size. For custom/OEM valves, the MOQ is 50 pieces. We do offer sample orders (1–5 pieces) at sample pricing, which is refundable on bulk orders. This allows you to qualify our quality before committing.
